Notice To Bundy Ranch Supporters: “Better Have Funeral Plans”

The Commissioner over Clark County, Nevada, where Bundy Ranch is located, has sparked outrage among individuals in nearby Utah who plan to travel to the ranch to support Cliven Bundy.  He has informed Bundy supporters from the that state that if the intend to participate in the standoff against feds that they “better have funeral plans”.

Commissioner Tom Collins made the preposterous remarks to the Commissioner of Piute County, Utah, Darin Bushman, during a conversation between the two where Bushman was complaining about the Bureau of Land Management’s tactics in seizing Bundy’s cattle.

“I was just told by commissioner Collins of Clark County NV that all of us folks from Utah are a bunch of “inbred bastards” and if we are coming to Clark Cointy NV to support Cliven Bundy we all “better have funeral plans”. We should “turn our asses around on mind our own f-ing business”. Now there’s some classy leadership for you,” Bushman wrote on his official Facebook page.

The story garnered attention from the Las Vegas Review Journal who reported on Collin’s remarks.  Bushman followed up on his facebook page following their coverage saying, “I guess I’ve made an enemy in Las Vegas.”  Then continued on, this time lambasting Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie for being, “too spineless to exercise his Jurisdiction”. Earlier this week, Cliven Bundy called on Sheriff Gillespie to start arresting BLM feds on charges of trespassing and theft.

Collins’ remarks were made in the context of him fearing that protests against the BLM could turn violent, which is ironic given that the only person invoking direct violence is Collins himself.

“I’m trying to do everything I can to discourage anybody who tells me they’re coming here with loaded guns,” Collins said. “I’m going to tell them not to come,” adding, “The Bundy’s want peace, they don’t want any violence going on so all these gun-packing folks just need to go home.”

A meeting is scheduled for next week bu Clark County commissioners to discuss issues of decorum in response to Collins’ comments. It is unclear whether or not any action will be taken against him.

If Darin Bushman had made those same remarks to Tom Collins there would have been a major arrest over death threats, etc.. So sad our FREE America has come to this.

but what about all the guns the feds have? it is common sense that any one that opposes an armed individual should so be armed themselves. no one has to shoot, it only insures that if one side does decide to shoot the opposing side can then defend themselves.

  • Joseph John Aguirre

BLM cops will think twice if we kill them here as well as everywhere else they can be found. The fact that Americans in Uniforms can stand and do this to other Americans will stop when they ALL realize their actions have consequences.

  • Jackson Elfson

Big talk from an old fart. He should be concerned about retirement

  • RGP

Excessive force yes. Otherwise he didn’t pay grazing fees for 20 years.
Law is not on the ranchers side.
If you owned a piece of property and the tenant used it for years without paying you a cent what would you do? You’d throw his ass out after a few months.

  • Ray Sirbaugh

its not about him paying they needed a legitimate reason to start this shit and thats all the money issue was his gr8 grandfather grazed cattle on that land before there was a charge the feds want the water and gas and they want to build a solar power plant its a federal land grab and thats all it is!

  • mazell

sooooo., i guess every american living in the United States TODAY should be still be paying the NATIVE, Notice the word NATIVE, americans, FOR THE LAND OUR GOVERNMENT AND ALL of those who SETTLED ???? HERE stole from them without blinking an eye. I call BULLSHIT.

I have family that are ranchers. They pay their fees to graze on federal land and have since it was listed as federal land. I’m sorry guys. I love my country. I fought for it. I bled for it. I respect the constitution and the laws of the land. This isn’t about rights. Its about not paying your bills. I pay mine. My family that ranches pays theirs. Pay yours and get it over with. Its illigl to graze on your neighbors land without some form of agreement. Without it, its theft. If the federal government is your neighbor same rules apply.

  • Glenda

Correct me if I am wrong, but most of the grazing rights were on a lease many years ago , but they were mostly a formality. If I remember right a lot of them were signed and the rancher would pay something like a dollar for a 99 year lease?

  • Commonsense

“we kill them” you are going to kill them from behind your keyboard. I doubt you have the balls to kill a federal agent.

  • Justin Kirk

It’s time for the three percent to step in and take care of business, and yes I am part of that three percent and I say its time to come out of the bushes and take care of this bullshit

  • FreeinTX

The land is not federal, it’s state. The governor of NV has said Bundy is not breaking the law. Get a clue.

  • FreeinTX

The feds don’t own the land and Bundy is not a tenant.

Make up a little more BS, why don’t you.

  • rwperkinsjr

You are part of them. Oust this guy Clark County!

  • Not of this World

Bureau of Land Management(BLM) is actually a sub-corporation of UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, a private foreign owned off-shore corporation since its last incorporation in 1925, copyrighted, trademarked and registered in Puerto Rico).Under the Reorganization Act of Washington District of Columbia, by it’s
own private business charter Neither the BLM, nor any other federal/corporate agency has lawful/legal authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.

BLM, is actually classified as an: “Agent of Foreign Principle”, under the intergovernmental Personnel Act.

In other words, they don’t represent the Constitutional Republic or the interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle i.e., the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City, England known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority.

This has been openly admitted and exposed through Supreme Court cases since and even before 1938.
