Barack Obama has Not Yet Signed up For Obamacare Himself

When asked today if President Barack Obama has signed up for Obamacare, White House press secretary acknowledged the president has not. “I have no updates on that, the president will…purchase insurances on the exchanges…” Carney said enrollment is open until March 31, 2014.

When further pressed on what exchange the president would use, Carney repeated that he had no new information on the subject.

Obama has urged everyone else for the last couple months to visit the exchange website and sign up to enroll in health insurance under the Obamacare system. While millions have visited the site, only somewhere between 100,000 to 200,000 have actually signed up under Obamacare at the website exchanges.

A very small percentage of those who have attempted to sign up have actually enrolled in health insurance via the Obamacare website exchanges, while many who have signed up have only found plans with much higher premiums and deductibles available than they previous had with the plans that they involuntarily dropped due to Obamacare regulations.

The president had quite famously and repeatedly promises that, “if you like your doctor…if you like your plan, you can keep them” and most believe that promise has been broken.

    Great News!

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) signed his family up on the federal healthcare exchange and has opted to take a federal subsidy offered to lawmakers and staff, the Tampa Bay Times reports. “Senator Rubio spent time looking at all the options and decided to enroll through the D.C. exchange for coverage for him and his family,”

The Washington Post notes that Rubio’s fellow 2016 GOP presidential prospects Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) have also joined the D.C. exchange.

I say nobody else sign up until Obama does. On his own website.

Oh no, he’s not going to use his own lousy plan, he made sure him and his cronies have an alternate plan for themselves. It’s just us poor saps that are expected to use his Obamacare plan. I agree that no one should sign up for it no matter what he does. It’s the best way to show our disapproval of his crappy plan.
